How does moving onto a higher rate or lower rate work?? Do you ring dwp or do more forms for them??

Hi @kami24.
If you think you've got a relevant change that you believe would entitle you to higher or lower award, you're supposed to make them aware of the change of circumstances. This would usually trigger a review and another F2F assessment. If you're thinking of making a change of circumstances, it's important you get F2F support first as it can put your current award at risk.
