Watching the many, and varied, birds that visit our garden feeders. Something I've done most of my life. Timeless, therapeutic and restoring.

My activities are spending time with family/friends, volunteering on Scope, knitting, arts & crafts, reading, listening to music, cooking and Tai Chi. I use my wheelchair only sometimes too. The rest of the time on my crutches. xWinner of the Scope New Volunteer Award 2019.
