What activities help you feel most like yourself?

I would say reading, singing, creative writing and helping /supporting people with metal difficulties and other complex needs.

    @pollyanna1052 I understand.  Sadly now days alot of people are too quick to judge. I used to use a wheel chair but now I don't but I know how frustrating it can be, x

    of course it does, Tammy. If you can walk or stand at all, then do. Once tat ability has gone, it`s gone x

    My activities are spending time with family/friends, volunteering on Scope, knitting, arts & crafts, reading, listening to music, cooking and Tai Chi.  I use my wheelchair only sometimes too.  The rest of the time on my crutches.  x  :smiley:
