Hello ,everyone ......I have just spent a week filling in the form to change from DLA to PIP ,really thought I had got everything as right as I possibly could so sent it off today . Only I have just realised I didnt put the date on it ! Kicking myself ,I know I have signed it ,but I went to check the date on the calendar in the kitchen, phone rang ,cat wanted out ,...... just clean forgot the reason I went into the kitchen ! I m sure now that I just put everything in the envelope and gave it to my daughter to post without actually putting the date on . I sent it about a week before it was due ,but worried now it won't be accepted ? Anyone know ?

Hello @millipup and welcome to the community.
I know it's easy for me to say but try not to worry too much about it. Hopefully it won't be an issue but as Poppy and Ilovecats said, if it is they will get in touch with you.
