Hi 
Its good to be here.. 
I have disability status and live with complex PTSD which has affected my ability to work . Im really grateful for the support I receive and that I can live a simpler life these days. 
Mental health difficulties have been happening for 25 yrs now but ive had well periods and functioned in careers etc previously. Its now time for me to slow down and heal at a more slower pace.

Yes I had to give up the job that I loved a few years ago due to ill health. 

To be honest it was making so much worse.
