Hello @pollyanna1052 In Italy they use lots of the flavours you would never think of.
Called Gelato , include Parmesan Cheese, Olive ones. Have all sorts of uses for Vegetables and Fruit and Nuts.
Walnut and Hazelnuts.
Always worth trying.
