Hello @pollyanna1052   To your question what is Walpurgis Night.?

This a holiday in Europe 30th April.  Named after Saint Walpurga a pagan saint.

    Hope that helps.

    Take care.

Hello @Hart86   I just remember the other ones Ceefax and Oracle.

    Should bring them back.

Got confused the other night with viewing. Says on the programme I was watching switch to red button.

Did that pressed my red button on my remote.

Guess what TV went off  .

Old ones are the best ones lol.

    Take care.

I can trace my maternal grandmother's ancestry back to homestead in the Mearns, Renfrewshire 1750 - does that qualify me for a ??????? passport❓

Walthamstow, London (now part of Waltham Forest) in 1956.

At age 8 I received a Blue Peter Badge via my Cub Scout troupe after appearing in a Gang Show doing a song with 6 others. I had a great voice until it broke and used to lead my school and church choirs. Now I only sing to frighten people, lol!
