I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the Tribunal won't be able to take into consideration any worsening of condition since the the decision was made.

It's rare for DWP to make an offer of an award before a hearing but it can happen. Good luck.

That's a link for a PIP MR but this is thread about ESA and they are 2 completely different benefits, with different criteria.
