HI All,

New to the forum, my name is Tom Stevenson.

I have put in a post about recurring lower back spasms which I am suffering from, so would be great to hear thoughts from others.

Cheers

Tom

    Hi everyone, I'm Al, I suffer from mental health problems for 36 years, trying to make mental health issues and benefit problems more aware with government and the general public as I feel all disabled people are getting a rough deal.

    Thank you. I've just posted a letter I wrote to Frank Field MP who is on a cross party committee concerning benefits and how cutbacks are affecting everyone including the disabled. I'll let you all know what he has to say when I receive a reply.
    I'm also going to write to my MP regarding the same.
    P.s. I now also have to pay towards my medication, pay for dental treatment and eyetests because my esa has moved to contributions!

    Hi

    @givingup

    and a warm welcome to the community! If you are paying for more than one prescription a month then it may be worth looking at the prepayment certificate

    . I hope this helps. :)

    I wish you the very best of luck with your campaigning!

    Hi Chloe, yes thanks, that's what I've had to do until I hear back from the nhs low income team.
    May I take this opportunity to say to anyone that can, or their friends relatives etc to either write to Frank Field MP or there own local MP no matter what party it happens to be?
    The more we can get our message across the better.
    Thank you to everyone. Al.
