Fibromyalgia symptoms

Hi,
I am new to the forum. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 4 years ago. Currently in the menopause also.
I wanted to ask if any one has constant vulval pain? I have burning, throbbing & a stabbing pain at times deep inside. Also pain round the whole pelvic region, lower back.
I was started on vagifem for those symptoms 2 months ago. However the past couple of weeks it has been severe. The urine sample is negative for any infection.
However i am constantly passing small amouunts of urine. I have just joined to see if anyone else is going through the same? Thanks for taking the time to read this.xx
