Hello @Scrappy
Think about your disability. What do you find hard? Make a list which you can refer to as you complete the form. Describe good and bad days as well it will help. Make sure to read all the questions carefully. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/employment-and-support-allowance/help-with-your-esa-claim/fill-in-form/
CAB have produced a useful ESA guide worth reading. With the first question, consider mobility aids and equipment you may use. Question number one is about moving around. If you need a wheelchair, say so on the form. Again, talk about day to day life. The first group of questions are about physical disabilities only.
Remember the second set of questions are not just about mental health. They are also relevant to people with learning difficulties/disabilities.

Hi,During your assessment they will ask you questions about your conditions and the way they affect your ability to do any type of work. No one can tell you what questions they will ask because that depends on your conditions. You will also need to verify what you wrote on the work capability assessment form. This link may also help. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/employment-and-support-allowance/help-with-your-esa-claim/esa-medical-assessment/

They will ask questions depending on what your illness or disabilities are and how they affect you most of the time or on a day to day basis. Sometimes people with mental health issues can tend to hold back some of their symptoms or feelings out of just being embarrassed. I tend to do this because I hate being this way. Anxiety Depression and OCD. At my assessment he took into account how long I had been ill from being 13 or 14 years old. It can be nerve racking so take someone with you for support if you can. They can help you if you forget anything Good Luck0
