Filling out pip review form

The form is so confusing as original pip form was filled out by support worker. Review form says explain in detail how do you know if putting to little or to much. Also how to word it its so complicated and a struggle. It's also worded that sometimes you read question then realise was read wrong and means something else

Have you managed to complete the form or not? There are many guides online to assist with the extensive form. Read each question carefully. You can find a complete list of descriptors here.

Give reasons why. Do you have a social worker or not? My son’s social worker helped me fill out the form. Use a pencil to complete the form. That way you can erase mistakes quickly. Make two photocopies of the form and all supporting evidence as well. Provide as much information as possible. Be honest.
