got my pip letter and got turned down by 1 point even though assesses report was in my favour have asked them to look again what do u think chances are they will go against first descion

Hello @robyn12. Your next step is to politely request a mandatory reconsideration. Make a list of reasons first. You have 28 days to do this. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/challenge-a-decision-made-by-the-department-for-work-and-pensions-dwp
You can even use this tool to type up a letter of appeal https://www.advicenow.org.uk/pip-tool/thank-you with examples to support your reasons for requesting a reconsideration. Describe good and bad days too.0 -
i have done that april was just wondering what the chances are that one descion maker will go against another i also think they are been akward with me as i took them to tribunal last time0

Hi,Most MR decisions remain the same but hopefully you'll be one of those 18% of people that have their decision changed at MR stage.There may have been a contradiction in the evidence you sent, as this can happen.1
