Hi everyone.  This is my first post.  My sister was in receipt of DLA and was being change over to P.I.P.  After being asessed she was told she did not qualify for P.IP.  She has been through the correct procedure and has lodged an appeal in May 2018.  She has not yet been given a date for tribunal.  She has phone the tribunal service and has been in touch with her M.P but still no date.  This is well beyond the 40 weeks wait that she was told at the beginning.. Does anyone know of wait times?
