Hi can anyone give me advice on who fills in cop 3 capacity form to apply for deputyship   Will your community care officer do it for you

    Hi,

    Has your daughter been assessed as lacking capacity? you can only be her deputy if this assessment has been done and she's been assessed as lacking capacity.


    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
