Workshop: Help Identify the Problems Faced by People Living with CP During the Transition

The University of Leeds and the University of Durham are organising a workshop to identify the challenges that young adults with cerebral palsy (CP) face in receiving and accessing care and support during and after transitioning from adolescence to adulthood.

Join us if you are a young adult living with CP, family, a caregiver, practitioner, researcher, scientist or community leader. Be part of the conversation to help build a community and shape the social and medical care provided to young people with CP.

The event will be held at Leeds University on the 6th and 7th of November 2019

Register here for the workshop:

Thanks...very interesting looking...and I'll actually be in leeds then anyway!  I have just asked for a bit more info/background about who has actually commissioned this and who will actually be acting on any recommendations.  So we'll see
