Hi all
I'm Chris from Manchester and I'm a mental health advocate and blogger. I help to spread awareness and understanding through my social media accounts like twitter and my blog. When it comes to mental health, i tell my story as it is and don't sugar coat anything.
I've been approached and asked to write an article for scope and I'm looking forward to doing so.
Also hoping i can get involved more on here and make some new friends.
