Hello again - please bear with me because I'm not able to retain much info so i go very slow.
What i would like to do first is to change my 123ABC to something less business like so can someone out line how - now that would be a good start for me then tomorrow who knows, and thanks for the contact its reassuring. -

Go to Welcome, Introductions page at the top see a post . Community guide click on and scan through it take some notes.
This is what I do make notes to do anything use it as a reference guide for my own self adapt it.

That's fine. I think there's a way to change your 123abc.- Click on your 123abc at the top of your message- A new page opens & underneath your 123abc to the right of your page, you'll see 4 small symbols underneath.- Click on the one like a cogwheel at the far right- Click on 'Edit profile'- You will see 123abc in a box at the top left, change this to the new name you'd like, & click 'Save' belowSorry you will probably have to make written notes of the above first. Hope it works!

Sorry, @123abc the box is 'greyed' out. So that can't be changed without the help of one of the Scope team as @thespiceman mentioned. We were both replying at the same time, but I am slow to type!Adrian was also replying to help you with this at the same time!
