Waiting to go to court is this right?

Hi can you help iv been on pip now six years been to court once all ready and won four years after that did all paper work like you after. This as taken 11 mouths and I did not meet the criteria again so now I'm waiting to go to court and been told its going to be another 12 mouths is this right thanks Jamie

HI and welcome,I'm a community champion here on scope and i help and advise others with the complex benefit system.Unfortunately, waiting times for Tribunal hearings are huge across most of the country and lots of people are waiting a year for a hearing date. Once the Tribunal accept your appeal you can contact then to ask what the waiting times are for your area and they'll give you a guideline but do remember that it will just be an estimate.0

I'm sorry you're having to appeal your PIP decision again. Unfortunately, waiting times are huge across the country so a year does seem about right.
