This sounds good @thespiceman! Do you make it often?
What's your favourite meal/recipe?1 -
Hello @Adrian_Scope Thank you for kind words.
I do have favourites combinations of Peppers and Potatoes.
With Chicken thighs have put this on before.
Red Pepper sauce. Ragu a tomato sauce good to use with Pasta beans as I do like my soups.
Use a lot of veggies ones easy five ingredients or less.
Like my chillies, spices fabulous .
This one is a recipe I do often make, better next day.
In fact to night will have a portion add more vegetables fridge.
In my recipes and meal plans make Weekends veggies and Monday a while ago.
Pads out meat stores, fridge and freezer. Saves a lot of money food costs.
Used to do Bolognese just more to Italian Food than Bolognese.
Had a spend on new recipe books so hold the press will be on with new recipes.
I do not copy these but always adapt them to my budgets or my own disability.
One day be on. Some have ingredients can not get or do not like.
You be amazed some great ones have been doing new menus and meal plans.
Another tip do menu seasonal and use freezer short cuts. Store cupboard standbys and fridge marvels, time savers.
Most supermarkets sell Winter veggies you can freeze, something to think about with those like families. Such as your good self.
I change the menu swap change and adapt all the years never get bored eating, just some new ideas.
Looked a the recipes I written in the time been on here do not do many them at all.
Then did but not now , good thing to do keep it fresh.
Hope your weekend went OK.
Speak again no doubt.
Understand another fantastic week supporting you and the team.
Take care.
