peripheral neuropathy and getting tired at work and whilst walking

Hi I have peripheral neuropathy and I’m getting treated for symptoms of Parkinson’s. I am 47 years old and currently working full time. My worst symptoms is severe fatigue mid afternoon and really tight and sore muscles in my legs. Can anyone give advice how I can help make the symptoms lessen and make work easier. Also can I apply for a blue badge for my car as I get tired really quickly with walking. Mark

About the Blue badge Scheme, you can apply to your local council. See: https://www.gov.uk/blue-badge-scheme-information-council

Does heat help legs? If so, electric  hot water bottles might work.  

Does a lie down and half hour's nap help fatigue? If so, maybe your firm would facilitate you spending half your lunch break  resting

Hi @MarkMacpherson and a very warm welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear you have been struggling at work with fatigue, I imagine this is quite annoying!
