    Good morning if I loose my appeal can I get a fit note and go back on the sick I’m so worried about this. Thank you kind regards Debra

    Unless you claim a severe disability premium in with your ESA then you won't be able to re-claim any of the old legacy benefits, it will have to be Universal Credit you claim.

    If you are claiming the SDP then you will only be able to start another claim for ESA for either a worsening of condition or for a completely different condition.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    Hi iv won my ESA appeal been put in support group only been receiving £74 A week while waiting for appeal will I get payments back dated.   Thank you. Kind regards
