Hi im gtc69 i am new so be gentle i am a 50 year old and living in somerset who is living with Mental Health problems and physical challenges i am an advocate for 3 different charities but i still feel terribly isolated

As far as your mental health goes there are several charities that may also be able to offer you support.

The Richmond Fellowship: https://www.richmondfellowship.org.uk/  You can check if there's any support local to you, as it's not in all areas.

Please talk here any time, we all have different disorders (or have a relative with one) but often we have much in common so can help each other.
