Hi @pmm and a very warm welcome to the community! I'm sorry the meeting is causing you so much stress and has led to you self-harming. Would it be possible to go to the meeting with someone else?
Is your doctor/ GP aware of this? Also I was just wondering if this is something you have had support with in the past.
Here are some organisations that can help you with self-harm. This also includes:MIND also have an article on how you can help yourself with self-harm. However, if you are in danger then please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.
Please do let me know if there is anything else I can give you guidance on.
