    Hi,

With Christmas and New year closing days that's not long at all. There's no timescales to decisions, backlogs are just part of the reason a decision can be delayed and backlogs will have increased further because of those closing days. A decision can take anything between 2-8 weeks, sometimes longer.

You can ring to request a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you, this will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be because they mostly go with the report. Other than that i'm afraid all you can do is wait.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
