How do you find employment?

I was very lucky 18 years go when I found a freelance computer job at a residential care home ad stince then worked 13 weeks at another job and 5 years in a care home. I am 41 years and have just recieved a cut in hours. People do not seem to take me seriously due to my walking amongst other things. Any tips to find employment when you have CP?
