HI,My advice is to ring DWP tomorrow morning and speak to them.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I will
just wanted to see if anyone have heard of this happen
-
Can the dwp do same again now
say that the date is not correct
and have go back to judge again -
If the date isn't correct then they won't pay backdated money owed. When did your PIP stop and what date does it state on the Tribunal decision letter?

Pip ended 25/03/2019
but says on letter
that my new mobility part(which I never had)
is to be from Oct 2018 -
Why is the judge saying it’s correct if it’s not
-
I can see why DWP are saying it's incorrect here because those dates don't make sense.
