I`ve made 3 face masks.....I
watched a tutorial on you tube and a respiratory specialist said these were better than nothing and to slit the inner piece of fabric and insert a piece of kitchen roll..
When used, remove kitchen roll and wash mask in hot anti bac solution.

Well done pollyanna .... does it require sewing ? I saw one on YouTube that did not require sewing and if needs be , I will try and make one ( without sewing I,m afraid) ?
Great idea Pollyanna ? well done ?0 -
got some ideas to improve my masks. Yes, it does need sewing...cant imagine how to do it otherwise.

you can make a tied cushion without sewing....you cut the size needed, adding an extra 3 inches at each side....then you snip the overhang into 1 inch pieces and tie them....easy!
