Court appeals vary in area to areas always a backlog.
Please can I ask what information do you wish to know?
The current situation with COVID 19 means going to be a back log.
We have lots on our website appeals and COVID 19

Hi @challenge44 - Welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. The waiting time for tribunals was unfortunately about 1+ years in many parts of the country before Covid-19. Altho there are now phone hearings taking place, if you hope to have your representative involved in your tribunal, this might also cause a delay, as it may then be by video conferencing. There are unfortunately no particular predictable timescales for a tribunal, now more than ever, but I do hope it's not too long for you.
