Hi my name is Shannon and I have quite a big problem so when I start college for health and social care I started to see these people I thought of it has nothing so I did not say anything to my mum it started to get worse and worse so I told mum 

also in January I got told I might have autism but for some reason no one will help me

    Sorry to hear this, please have you contacted your GP.

    I know this is distressing for you .

    I do think if you spoke to your GP will refer you to services that can help you.

    Also may be you need to talk to the following charities any one experiencing or seeing visions can be stressful situations anxiety or other conditions.

    These are mental health charities if you wish to discuss these with your family first or speak to your GP.
