I have just joined having been wheelchair dependent since my Stroke 3yrs ago.
I have been looking for accessible holiday accommodation for when this pandemic is over. Somewhere in Somerset, Gloucestershire or Herefordshire.
can anyone recommend anything?
Thanks
Colin

Hi @colgail - Welcome to the community, & thank you for joining, Colin. There are wheelchair accessible holiday rentals such as : https://www.holidaycottages.co.uk/accessible-cottages/somerset orhttp://accessiblecountryside.org.uk/ for example. If you try 'wheelchair accessible holidays,' or 'disabled holidays' using Google you may find something of interest.Other members may also give their advice.

Hi @colgail and welcome to the Community. It's nice to meet you.
I see that @chiareds has given you a couple of really good holiday links to help you with your search. I had a wee look also and came across this link -

I'm sure if you type in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire these options may come up for you also. Good luck with finding a suitable holiday and I hope you have a lovely time when you go. I think it would be great to take a well-earned break when this is all over! Please let us know how you get on and if there is any other way we can help/support you then please just let us know. Many thanks Ails. I have found one on this site which looks ideal and have sent off an enquiry.
Thanks again
Colin
