When can we expect an assessment?

I filled uc50 form for my husband in February 2020 . I read online and he meets descriptors for lcwra. Will he have to go to assessment if so when can we expect an assessment? My husbands 13 weeks for end in May. I know assessments are suspended till june 16 Will we be backdated as well ?
