My boyfriends esa was due to go into his bank today. Have tried calling dwp but the phone gets cut off as soon as you go through to an adviser. Has anyone had this happen to them and what can you do now. He has £11.00 in his account. Please advise me what to do next.

Hi @Cutelady60 - I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we've had a few members say their ESA payment was late. It's difficult when you can't get through to the DWP. I hope he finds his money goes in by the end of today.0

Glad to hear he received his payment in the end @Cutelady60 but it must have been very stressful to not know what was happening and receive it late.0
