People not understanding my disabilities

I have dyslexia and dyspraxia been told by doctor and thought out education.  But as of over age of 25 people can understand me but doesn't understand disabilities like tell me do something .  Can come across as rude or Misunderstood when following  people instructions when other people are give  to me.

    Have you spoken to CAB?, I think it would be good to get someone to support you and write a letter that can be sent to any organisation that you may be interacting with.
    I too have dyslexia and dyspraxia and had similar issues in the past.
    Unfortunately people do misunderstand and we sometimes are unable to process information and perceive things differently.
    Others feel you are being rude, it's very frustrating to put your needs accross if someone is not aware of the challenges that you face.
    Someone can give me  instructions 100s of times and I just can't get it.
    I do feel you need a little support right now.

    Hi and welcome @Cliffhanger12.

    Speak to your local Citizen's Advice office tomorrow. Ask whether or not they can write a letter or send a polite but strongly worded email on your behalf. Discuss the whole matter with them on the phone or via email first and request advice on how to proceed further. Are you employed? 
      
    See if they can help you. Good luck. I find that being honest does make a difference here. If you are able to tell me the name of your county, I might be able to recommend some more local specific and general resources. 

    Why don't you also see if you can find a counsellor as well?

    Dyslexia is a shared symptom of Auditory Processing Disorder, Visual Processing Disorder, and ADHD. Those of us who are dyslexic can have one or more of these lifelong disabilities. 
    Dyspraxia was changed to Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) by an international symposium in 1994. Wwhich means tha all international research regarding these issues has been published under the DCD heading.

    Auditory Processing Disorder (APD)  is the underlying cognitive cause of my dyslexia symptom. APD is a listening disability, or the brain having problems processing what the ears hear. More specifically the Temporal type of APD is about having problems processing the gaps between sounds which can include the gaps between words in rapid speech. Those of us who have the temporal type of APD are cognitively not able to process the gaps between the sounds that the letters in a word represent, and we are cognitively not able to use phonics, we also have problems phonetically sounding out new words from text.
    We can also have problems as you have described, problems following multiple verbal instructions.
