Text version:University of BristolrecoloRESEARCH PARTICIPANTS NEEDED!
What is this project?
We are looking for participants to be involved in a study to investigate the relationship between cerebal palsy, anxiety and participation in everyday activity. This project is also aiming to understand parental anxiety of those who have children with CP and those who do not. With this information, we wish to explore the relationships between these issues to improve the understanding of the psychological issues associated with cerebral palsy. By improving the understanding of psychological problems, we can in turn begin to understand cerebral palsy better.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?If you have a child with cerebral palsy between the ages of 9-17 and are interested, we would be thankful if you would participate in this study.WHAT WOULD YOU NEED TO DO?This project is an online questionnaire, it will take between 15-20 minutes to complete. You will receive more information about the study prior to beginning the questionnaire. You will also be asked to provide informed consent after reading the information. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a link to the questionnaire that we will kindly ask you to pass to another person who would like to participate but this time someone who has a child between the ages of 9-17 without cerebral palsy. This person can be a friend or a relative. Do you not worry if you cannot find someone to pass this onto! You will not be asked to do anything else for this project.THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS!
