Hi I have a phone tribunal tomorrow, this is because I was waiting my 40 weeks deadline and 2 weeks after that date had come and gone I contacted the necessary people to be told it was now reviewed to 47 weeks, naturally I’m was disgusted by this, as they were blaming COVID 19. I said I was struggling and had the potential to loose my home, she advised me to email Birmingham, which I did, now I have a phone tribunal looming tomorrow, any advice, thank you in advance

Hello @Mother12345. The best advice is to stay calm and don't feel rushed into answering. Think through your responses and try and clear up any misunderstandings they appear to have.
Very best of luck today. Please let us know your experience with the telephone tribunal, lots of members are in similar positions and like to read first-hand experiences.
    Fingers crossed for you.
