Hi my husband is on EESA does anyone know if he gets free prescriptions there seems to be conflicting answer f ri om direct gov it mentions esa but my hubby benefit says he's on EESA

Hi @leonas and welcome to the community.
It depends on whether your husband's ESA is income-related or contribution-based. If your husband's on income-related ESA he'd be eligible, but you can check eligibility for free prescriptions on the NHS BSA's 'check before you tick' tool.

@leonas Hi I’m also on ESA but was looking online at my bank statement I got paid today and it also says EESA I don’t have a clue what the extra E stands for, but I do receive free prescriptions on this benefit, hope this is of some help.
