Hi everyone,

Scope information and advice team are looking to speak to people who live in a residential care home and have experienced unacceptable treatment. 

We will speak to you for roughly an hour. During this time we will show you a new information and advice page about "Complaining about a residential care home". We will ask you to read through the page and ask you for your thoughts. 

We will pay for your time in the form of a £30 giftpay voucher.
