Well as many of you know I had my telephone tribunal on 1st July and today I had my decision notice....
I WON!!!!!! My benefit reinstated with a review date of 2023.
I'm shocked but over the moon. Thank you to everyone who has answered my posts on here its greatly appreciated.
So, what happens now?

GREAT NEWS and thanks for sharing with us, as for what happens now the DWP will be informed of the decision and they then have 28 days to request a statement of reasons which they dont normally do.
They will then put the decision into payment this could take up to 8 weeks -

Worth noting the near complete turnaround on this site. Years of people slaughtering HCPs and tribunals but now most of the stories are good news stories. Think we can be very confident now that the old “if only they could see me” argument was not actually true. Your chances of an accurate telephone assessment or telephone hearing are increasingly far better than at face to face assessments or oral hearings.

I agree. Just from the community alone there does seem to be a much higher success rate @mikehughescq. It's been quite interesting.
