Hi Adrian, an hour on hold yesterday, then it cut off because it closed! And 50 mins today, finally sorted, it was the payment confirmation and should hopefully be paid within 2 weeks she said. Thanks for everyone’s responses during this time, I will continue to use this forum as it has helped my anxiety so much, can’t thank everyone enough. Genuinely the best web forum for all subjects x
