Hi @Transverse, sorry to hear you have been aching. You are more than welcome to use the community to voice how you are feeling. Have you found anything that helps to ease the pain?
For me, heat is the most common thing that I use. How are you feeling today?Scope -
I was aching through the night, but not been to bad all day, now ive started to feel uncomfortable, ive used freeze spray, heat spray even the gels, all works for a very short time. I even took beclafan last night, that didnt work, mainly because its my nerves not muscle, will try a wheat bag.. thank you for your advice.

Hi sorry to hear you are suffering with aches, have you consulted your GP or pharmacist about the issue.
I suffer with nerve pain and find my medication really helps I certainly know if I miss a couple of doses. I also find a nice hot bath with relaxing bubbles helps sooth aches and pains add a bit of lavender oil as this helps you relax and sleep -
Thank you for your advice..
