Is it common for aching stiff joints with transverse myelitis? Im feeling rotten with it today.. god i sound like a moaning article...

For me, heat is the most common thing that I use. How are you feeling today?0 -
I was aching through the night, but not been to bad all day, now ive started to feel uncomfortable, ive used freeze spray, heat spray even the gels, all works for a very short time. I even took beclafan last night, that didnt work, mainly because its my nerves not muscle, will try a wheat bag.. thank you for your advice.1

Hi sorry to hear you are suffering with aches, have you consulted your GP or pharmacist about the issue.
I suffer with nerve pain and find my medication really helps I certainly know if I miss a couple of doses. I also find a nice hot bath with relaxing bubbles helps sooth aches and pains add a bit of lavender oil as this helps you relax and sleep0 -
