Hi @Inatonge and welcome to the community.
There's a waiting period of three full assessment periods from your first fit note. So, your LCWRA element should be backdated to this point.
Do you know what date you sent in your first fit note?

Hi and welcome to the community, if you have been sending in fit notes all the time since July 2018 and there have been no gaps then it should be backdated to 3 months after your first sick note.

Your note has to have covered 3 full assessment periods before you come into entitlement, so it depends on the date of your first note, and the date of your assessment period. If you can let us have this info then we can calculate for you number of months back pay
