Hi @SallyDavis - Welcome to the community. The following website has a directory showing some 'Local groups' depending on where you live. Also a database for Covid-19 mental health support for each county. Please see: https://www.ableize.com/ & https://www.ableize.com/support-groups/mental-health-support-groups/Scope has some ideas & links on exercise to do at home, some of which might be appropriate. Please see: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/exercising-during-coronavirus/Some more ideas here, again mainly to do at home: https://www.challengingbehaviour.org.uk/learning-disability-assets/coronavirusactivitiespart2final09062020.pdfI would also recommend looking at your local/county council's website, or ring them to ask if any suitable activities have restarted. Perhaps ask your GP too.I hope some of this may help, but others may know more.

Hi @SallyDavis, where are you based? I hope we can then see if anything is available.

Hi @SallyDavis! I hope you're well?
I'd definitely recommend checking out the links that @chiarieds sent. I also had a look on the West Berkshire local government website and found some activities in the area that might be of interest? You can give the numbers on there a call to find out more about the activities, and see whether they're something your cousin might enjoy.
Let me know how you get on!
