My sister is 15 and about 3 days ago, she randomly started feeling really anxious and she doesn't know why. She keeps crying out of the blue and she can't tell us what's worrying her,
A few hours ago, we were larking about, playing, joking about, Then she spent 2 hours on her drawing and suddenly burst into tears. This has happened 3 days in a row and we aren't too sure what to do about it,

Hi @Awesomelorenzo, sorry to hear your sister is struggling. Has she found lockdown hard?
It might help for her to write down her thoughts if she is finding it hard to voice her worries.0 -
She doesn't like being away from her friends.0

Hi I would maybe like to suggest that it could just be her age and the changes her body and mind are going through. All part of growing up and very common in girls her age (hormones)
If you are getting more concerned the only thing is to contact her GP0 -
Yes I think that might be it too. Thanks for the help.0

Has she being able to speak to her friends over the phone @Awesomelorenzo? I hope things are okay for her today.
