i have been waiting for a reply from pip for 7 weeks (new claim) is this normal thank you

Hi yes it is completely normal, I waited 5 months (around 20 weeks) for my telephone assessment after applying for the first time so you may be in for a bit of a wait yet.0

Hi!
I was nervous waiting, applied 27th March, they recieved my form May 1st and I just had my appointment time come through today for next week, so 20 weeks in total from first ringing!
