@66Mustang I have posted some new poems in the forum1

My goal today is to finally get out of the house for an hour!
The package I was waiting for finally arrived last evening but predictably the contents were slightly damaged and the whole thing doesn’t work anyway! Shame, I’ve waited for it since March. Life goes on.0 -
sorry to hear your item doesn't work @leeCal, hope you can get a replacement
So today i managed to get out in the shed for a bit, a friend has asked me to make him a display bust for halloween, so i finally worked my way out there, i suffer with voices shouting things at me your useless that sort of thing, constant barrage of abuse, my anti psychotic meds help with that, sometimes it doesn't though, but today i beat it and got out there and poured the rubber for the head into a mould, its drying now and tomorrow i'll pull the rubber head from the mould and see about painting it, so not to bad,1 -

Thanks @Grinchy.
yes @Chloe_Scope I did get out for about an hour and again today! It makes a big difference and I saw some relatives too which was nice, though they have four cats which is three too many for me, but I am a dog person so not surprising. I do like cats well enough but I prefer large dogs, not too large like an Irish wolfhound, that’d be too large for me. Anyway I enjoyed myself today and that’s a good thing.?0 -

Hi @Chloe_Scope I’m ok today, bit of a cold and a bit bored to be honest but other than that. I would like to go out again today but my partner gets tired from her job and I won’t go out without her so I’ll have to see what transpires.
how are you today? ?0 -
I'm glad things got a bit better @leeCal. How are you getting on today? Any new goals?0
-
Well yes @Tori_Scope, I give up with the guide comb thing, I adapted one which in theory should leave hair 40+ mm odd long so not too bad and I’ll leave it at that. My son made me one on his 3d printer but it wasn’t ergonomically correct and so doesn’t comb.
my goal today is to try to go shopping later on, mostly to escape the four walls ha ha. We all need to get out from time to time I think.0 -
Managed to escape just for a short while. Just a short drive really to deliver some ferrules. When they wear through and it’s wet weather they can slip so easily, and it’s supposed to rain tomorrow by the bucketful. Safety first.0

I had a good and successful day today. I had an appointment at the specialist clinic I go to which had been closed since the Coronavirus started. It went well and we have a new plan for the future. I also drove there which is a trip of 50 miles and includes dual carriageways and motorways which I find really hard due to obsessive thoughts and usually only do in 5 mile or so bursts but I drove all the way there, the family member I was with drove back however.2

It was worth a go I suppose @leeCal. I'm glad you managed to get out, it's definitely important. Ugh, the weather is definitely getting worse by the day isn't it1
-
Fantastic @66Mustang! That definitely sounds like a day full of successes1

Anyone got any goals for this week?1
-
Just the normal goals for me, to continue eating and drinking less. Maybe get back to work on my A level as I’ve been struggling recently with my issues and have not been doing as much.
What about you @Chloe_Scope?0 -
Hope that all goes well @66Mustang! What are you studying?
Today I've got work (hanging out with you lovely people!) then tonight I'm catching up with a friend over facetime.0 -
I'm studying economics.
Your plans sound good.
Where do I sign up to post on this forum as a job?
Only joking, I know you have to do other stuff as well hehe1
