Hi hi everybody I have just joined hope you are all well I am an Unpaid Carer We have been 30 years late diagnosed with a very rear Genetic illness ALFA-MANNOSIDOSIS with specific conditions that have affected our son the condition also has specific arthritis which effects us I have  been fighting since 2002 after an injury I reported to ASLEF and [removed by moderator] Solicitors [removed by moderator] worked on my case for 3 years ASLEF were involved with My Bullying Discrimination Hate Crime and Physically Attacked in work October 2004 November 2004 I was sacked the company stated that I had a disorder of my spine but at the time And before joining the company in 2000 I would run to work Six miles before and after My shift of work I Reported to my GP Six times in 30 years of Train Driving for my back and never informed that I have a disorder of my spine on the contrary My GP Stated after a car crashing into the rear of my car at traffic lights and EX-Rays I was informed that My spine was normal for a person of My age I played football and exercising. I injured my spine after I and 20 other Train Drivers Reporting to ASLEF and [removed by moderator] Solicitors 2002 and the company that the Class 67 Locomotives we were working were suffering from sudden violent side to side whiplashing over points sets and on plain long welded railway siting on unstable drivers seats that would give no support to your body and shake side to side, the company then stated to remove the suspension dampers from the bogeys and placed in the cabs still forced to work at 100 MPH with broken SUSPENSION DAMPERS IN OUR CABS. EVER SINCE 2002 after My reporting I suffered from Bullying Discrimination Hate Crime Physical Attack in work I suffered two mental health breakdowns in 2004 and 2005 at My Sacking appeal with the now ASLEF General Secretary [removed by moderator] actually sat at my side as I Suffered the second mental breakdown,
I was promised By the General Secretary [removed by moderator] in a letter That if I am sacked I would have the full force of ASLEF at my side, [removed by moderator] was given the task of stopping the bullying discrimination physical attack against me by [removed by moderator] ASLEF General Secretary Unfortunately [removed by moderator] promises were vile lies and Both he and [removed by moderator], [removed by moderator] Solicitors, and ASLEF totally abandoned me they themselves actually discriminated against me by treating a Virgin Train Driver [removed by moderator] who won the Industrial Tribunal [removed by moderator] were acting for him, £ 40 Thousand Pounds. the Disability Commission advice to me that they would not help me as I was a member of [removed by moderator] ASLEF EC Member and [removed by moderator] Solicitor [removed by moderator] refused to support me for an industrial Tribunal and said I have no case  I was out of time.
I complained to [removed by moderator] after ASLEF [removed by moderator] Solicitors Abandoned me but the reply from ASLEF Head Office [removed by moderator] Policy and Communications Office, ( DID MY NURSE WRITE MY LETTERS FOR ME TO [removed by moderator] ).

 The company solicitors claimed that I had been overpaid £ 9 Thousand Pounds and they would counter sue me if I continued with my Industrial Tribunal the No Win No Fee Solicitors [removed by moderator] stated that the company would make us sell our home this just weeks after My second mental health breakdown I didn't know which way to turn and gave in losing my Tribunal, We lost our home anyway.
I have suffered further Breakdowns when our home was lost, marriage broke down And was made homeless.
 The reson [removed by moderator] Solicitors abandoned the injury case was that the Knee Specialist they sent me to [removed by moderator] gave My medical records to My employer who reviewed My medical records and used them to sack me.
 The company Senior H/R Manager speaking on behalf of the company CEO [removed by moderator] Has Blatantly lied to My Members of Parliament [removed by moderator] and [removed by moderator] stating that he can assure them that I was not a victim of bullying discrimination Hate Crime, Both have refused to investigate for me i received a reply from [removed by moderator] a sarcastic letter saying that as I am now 18 I can vote in an election.

I am sorry the Date of my Attack was October 2005 With My Sacking 21 November 2005 and Second Mental Health Breakdown at first appeal 2005

This seems like a very complex situation. I'm unsure about what your next steps could be in terms of investigating any case of bullying and discrimination further, so I've moved your post into the Employment and Careers category. 

Just to let you know, I've also removed references to individuals' names and the name of your solicitors. If you could refer to them more generally from now on, that'd be great! 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with your mental health, and that you lost your home and marriage as a result of what happened. Are you currently seeking any support for your mental health? Do you now have a space place to stay?

As others have said it is far too complex for anyone on here to be able to advise we just dont have this level of knowledge

Thanks to all of you who replied & welcomed me Sadly My first contact with you is only half the story our lives were being destroyed by Bullying Discrimination Hate Crime 2002 after being injured Manager One called me into the office with two drivers listening in via the open office door one of the drivers was the bullying management  Attack Dog Manager One accused me of picking My jobs and costing the company thousands of pounds then on reporting for duty I had received some mail Train Driver was crossed out replaced with SHURKER Manager Two stated he had a friend in the Police which he would report to Sadly this was another lie he then stated that there is no money in his budget for a man like me I would have to transfer to Stratford in London to stay in employment he then left the employment moved to another Train Operating Company.
Manager Three constantly refused to allow me to return to work after My G/P And the Occupational Health G/P stated that I can return to work after hospital treatment MANAGER THREE Constantly sending me to the BUPA  MEDICAL CENTRE AT EUSTON TRAIN STATION for medicals ELEVEN IN ALL The BUPA G/P stopped this from happening, August 2004 reported for work Bullying Train Driver looked down from the Locomotive I was going to work on and TOLD I HAD A FXXXING ATTITUDE AND TO FXXX OFF YOU FXXXING CRIPPLE, REPORTED TO HITHER GREEN TRAIN DRIVER MANAGERS.
16th December 2004 after returning from the Eleventh Medical DRS Manager stated that I was as useful to My employer as a Chocolate solder joint & he would give me an interview but I would not be employed by DRS RAIL SERVICES.  Christmas Eve 2004 Manager Three telephoned me at 1615 at our family party wishing me a merry Christmas & said that I had no job at Norwich immediately Reported to ASLEF executive committee member.
 REPORTED For work 2005 could not enter work after the gate chain was pulled so tightly with the Gate lock after booking on after the Bullying Train Driver ASLEF LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE REPORTED TO HITHER GREEN TRAIN MANAGERS ASLEF 
Reporting for work  MANAGER FOUR Threatened to send Manager Three down to the depot to sort me out if I did not go home and book off sick. 
OCTOBER 2005 returned to Norwich after my nine hour shift with Train no sign of bullying Train Driver until I Reported my relief had not shown started working away from Train suddenly shouting behind me from Bullying Driver screaming what's all this Loco shut down hand brake on came at me grabbing my neck pushing his fist into my neck telling me he don't need to do me in work but would get me outside of work, November 2005
Manager Three called me into the office started asking me personal medical Questions saying that he had My medical records ASLEF HEAD OFFICE INSTRUCTED ME NOT TO TAKE PART IN THE INTERVIEW AFTER MANAGER STATED THAT THE MEETING WAS BETWEEN HIM AND ME ALONE I WAS THEN SUSPENDED SACKED 21 NOVEMBER FOR REFUSING TO TAKE PART IN THE INTERVIEW INVESTIGATION and that when i joined the company in 2000 in their words that i was suffering from a disorder of my spine yet I was running to work Six miles every day before and after My turns of duty with my back pack on.
NOT BAD FOR THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY/EWS RAILWAY COMPANY WITH ONE OF THE RICHEST DIRECTORS OF A TRAIN COMPANY IN THE WORLD

Well i think that is about it Eighteen years of being ignored ABANDONED By ASLEF Labour Party, Tory Parties Prime Ministers LABOUR PARTY EQUALITY MINISTER  LABOUR DWP MINISTER TOLD AT THE BURSTON STRIKE RALLY BY A LABOUR PARTY FRONT BENCH MINISTER WAVING ME AWAY SHOUTING YES YES YES I HAVE RECEIVED ALL YOUR LETTERS AS SHE WALKED AWAY.

THATS THE WORST MOST UTTER CONTEMPT FROM OUR SO CALLED PARLIAMENTARY LEADERS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITYS AND UNPAID CARERS WE ARE ON OUR OWN.

I'm sorry to hear about all the things you've had to go through, have you reported these incidents to any independent crime or employment bodies? 

I'm not sure what else to suggest as your situation is very complex, but this community is always here for you to provide as much support as we can.

Hi Ross every incident has & was reported to ASLEF [removed by moderator] SOLICITORS NORFOLK POLICE Who refused to investigate stating that the incidents were on private railway land, Norwich British Transport Police refused to investigate stating that Disability Hate Crime is not as compatible as Religionists Hate Crime or Racist Hate Crime & just recorded the crime Police no help at all
