    HI,

Sending post to DWP using Royal mail special delivery doens't mean it's arrived with DWP. All it means is that it's been signed for by someone at Royal mail sorting office and is somewhere in the building. It's never useful sending anything this way. All you need is proof of posting from the post office, which is free. Your form won't be classed as arriving until it's been added to the computer, which can take 7-10 working days.

Telephone assessments have replaced face to face assessments and most people have them, even for reviews. Paper based assessments are still very rare.

All you can do is wait, hopefully it won't be too long.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
