Can you help us produce some new videos to promote Scope’s online community?

We want to produce some new videos and other content to use on our Facebook and Instagram channels to promote the online community – and we need your help!

If you’ve received useful support and advice or become friends with other members – and would be happy to appear in a video to tell others about it, please get in touch!

We could film you (at a distance!), record a Zoom interview or you could record yourself on a smart phone.

@Adrian_Scope hi, hope you are safe and well, does the above apply to the online community champions such as myself, as I was thinking I could tell my story and share my experience and talk about how given the opportunity to volunteer has been positive etc, if you could pm /inbox me that would be great!
Im not to sure how to dm People unless they message me first, I hope to hear from you soon and that would be an amazing opportunity for me and also help others too.

Hi @MrAllen1976. Nope, no blockings here. It's more likely that your account doesn't yet have sufficient points to have access to private messages.

Due to a problem abour 9 years ago of footage of me on YouTube which was secretly filmed at my Karate class, I'm still a bit wary of filming myself and putting it on YouTube, although I do have a channel on there purely for gaming footage that I'm not physically in.

Although having said that I have done projects down at FlyCheese where I've been filmed and I have no problem, because it's to a select audience of FlyCheese staff and students.

And 5 months ago I recorded and sent in a pattern video for the online Lincolnshire Taekwondo Championships and won a Bronze medal, and there's a competition in my Club coming up for which we're trying to record.

You can never be too cautious @MrAllen1976, especially online, but I'm glad you have had some recent positive experiences recording audio and video.
