Trying to resolve a faulty phone with Tesco

I've sent the last couple of days and today on hold and gave up and today for an hour of my time to resolve a phone fault - All it amounted to was for a follow up phone call within 48 hrs - **** customer service so far - will keep you posted!!!

I've been with tesco mobile for years now and have to say their service is fantastic, last week I renewed my contract and changed my phone took all of 10 minutes, sorry to hear @Butler356 that your experience wasn't as goodSeasons greetings to one and all 🎄🎅🏻🌲
