Does anyone have an advent calendar?  If so, what was in your day 1 window?  

I have a Lindt one and had one of the milk chocolate truffles inside  <3 Roll on day 2.

If you don't have an advent calendar - why?!

    @janer1967 If you have chance try and get a reduced one.  Us Yorkshire folk love a bargain.

    On my advent calendar today is a picture of a carrot ? why? What? Since when is a carrot a symbol of the festive season? ?

    wonder what tomorrows will be?

    And his wife and kids...christmas wouldnt be the same without him lol!

    @Cress I love Kev.  In-fact I have a Kevin the Carrot teddy sat on my sofa  :D

    My third advent calendar had a dark chocolate Lindt truffle in it.  Absolutely lush!

    @leeCal apart from Kevin the carrot it also traditional as the fgod for Rudolph and doesnt everyone have carrots with their Christmas dinner

    Maybe tomorrow will be a sprout

    Unfortunately I left it too late! I forgot and tried to get one on 1st December but all shops I went to had sold out.  Had a look on Amazon and sellers had put them up for ridiculous prices! I've ordered a nice traditional picture one off Etsy instead which should be arriving tomorrow and going to get myself a box of Roses or something and have a choc each day I open the window!
